Why this exists
I was newly the certified teacher who felt lost.
I finished my YTT in 2014 full of excitement and a lot of big questions. Not because my training failed me. But because some things you can only learn by doing.
Eventually I found my footing. I opened Drift + Oak Yoga Studio, developed my own teacher training, and graduated teachers of my own. And then I watched them face the same questions I did.
